1. We had not pre-booked a ground floor room but as my friend has arthritis problems we asked Crystal for a ground floor room and she was more than happy to oblige and gave us one with a view of the pool.

3. Like every body elses views, the reception staff were not particulary jolly and the one thing i had requested, twice!(which was to have a refurbished room) was not granted.

7. stayed here aug 08 we had stayed here when it was best western 4 yrs ago much better then clean room with wardrobe fridge pool view lovely .

9. There was a maximum of 2 clerks on the desk for a queue of 20 people at any time and the one way glass behind the desk provided a view of 3 other clerks procrastinating constantly.
