1. Our check in took 10mins then we were placed in block 3 which was right next to the interstate, wasnt thrilled with that but once the door was shut and our heads hit the pillow we never heard a sound.

6. We went to complain and was very quickly allocated another room, this time nearer to the interstate at the back.

7. One thing that did alarm me was that the railing outside our room was a little wobbly - and in some places it was no longer seated properly into the concrete, no doubt made worse by the slight vibration from the Interstate traffic.

9. Although they wanted to put us in a room on the ground floor which faced the interstate I asked politely if we could be moved to a room facing the pool which we requested with our travel agent and there was no problem at all.

10. Your right rich210uk we had a room facing Interstate 4 and it was rank with damp it seemed the entire block was like that moved to block 2 which was much better .
