1. V didn't work, and we had all little bugs climbing the wall but they disappeared thanks to pest control, the maid Maria was very nice the bedding and towels were changed daily, the carpet hoovered and bathroom cleaned, the best part of the hotel was the pool area with a bar, heated swimming pool, and childrens pool.

5. The room was big a bit dated but the maids cleaned daily changed the bins fresh towels daily, didn't see one bug in the room the whole 2 weeks we were there, shower was hot, air con was a life saver it was a bit noisy but not as bad as people make out we didn't sleep with it on it was too cold.

Beds were made every day and fresh towels as well but for some reason the maid would not put toilet paper in the bathroom and we had to phone down to reception three times for them to bring some up :)We stayed here three years back when it was a best western and IMO the hotel needs a renovation ASAP, I would only stay here again if I was on my own and needed a bed for a few days but there's no way I'd go back with the wife and daughter.

9. The reception staff were curteous and helpful and the maid staff were always happy to clean the room even if we'd missed the 11:00 deadline.

10. and the hotel its self was very very basic, a bit dull and old fashioned although relativly clean and the service was very good, especially the maids they couldnt have been more helpful although didnt speak much english.
