4. Being as I have never stayed in a Sprinhill Suites Hotel (suite being a key word here, meaning a LARGE luxurious room - at least to most of us business travelers) I really had no idea it was more like a Fairfield Inn (a basic room with clean sheets) with a couch.

7. Also, you`d wake up in the morning and your sheets would be half off the bed (not just us, spoke to others); they must have new mattresses; now they need extra large sheets to match.

Cons:1) On the day of check out, we had until 12:00 BUT the maid knocked on our door at 7:45 AM even though we had the do not disturb up AND when my husband said we were not checking out yet she asked when we would be checking out - my response was not very nice, we will check out when we are so inclined, and frankly it is none of your business when that happens to be as long as it is prior to 12:00.2) the elevators were constantly being used by housekeeping staff and the company that replaces the sheets.
