1. On top of that we faced the interstate and it sounded like it all night.

2. OOoh sorry nearly forgot - it is close to the Interstate 4?which meant we heard the traffic - just about 24 hours a day - but we do live in a quiet little town so perhaps people who live in a city would not notice.

9. There is an outlet mall within a 5 minute drive, a gas station across the street, plenty of restaurants to choose from and it was right by the interstate.
