1. We called the hotel and within minutes they called back and told us the maid had found it while cleaning our room at checkout and turned it in to lost and found.

4. Maid came in every day and did a great job, we were on the ground floor near a lift so at times could be a little noisy.

5. We declined service but hike I was at work my wife was in the room talking on the phone and had to stop because the maids were yelling and carrying on in the hallway.

7. The room has a kitchenette (which we only used to store drinks in the fridge and snacks in the cupboard) The beds were comfy perhaps a little soft, linen clean and crisp and you could ask for it to be changed whenever you wanted by placing a card on the bed for the maid.

9. Cons:1) On the day of check out, we had until 12:00 BUT the maid knocked on our door at 7:45 AM even though we had the do not disturb up AND when my husband said we were not checking out yet she asked when we would be checking out - my response was not very nice, we will check out when we are so inclined, and frankly it is none of your business when that happens to be as long as it is prior to 12:00.2) the elevators were constantly being used by housekeeping staff and the company that replaces the sheets.
