7. Breakfast is plentiful and is also complimentary (not a lot of hotels provide this free of charge!), as mentioned in previous reviews and does get busy as the morning goes on, my suggestion, go early to avoid the rush and get a table.

8. Safes are available free of charge at the hotel reception, you are given your own key, if you loss this it costs you $250.

9. Safe deposit box at reception free of charge, husband wasn't happy as we usually have an in room safe but he thought it was better as security was on hand all the time and reception staff could only access your safe with two keys, one of which they kept and the customer kept the other.
