5. The personnel were all super nice, from valet to front desk to the pool and activity center, etc. The place had the feel of a resort instead of just a hotel.

6. The valet area is quite comfy with patio furniture setup for you to use while you wait for your car (valet is steep though; i would use my money for something else) The lobby is pretty impressive as it a huge fountain and lots of marble detailing.
