1. Upon arriving at the front desk (and after trying a few complimentary spiced almonds), I was told that even though I had a reservation, they did not have room for me or my 4 colleagues.

2. The complimentary shuttle is only for Seaworld & Universal, for WDW you need to have your own rental or cabs.
