7. The hotel lobby and grounds are beautiful for both a couples trip or a family stay, the staff is friendly, the rooms are immaculately clean and there is easy access to all of the Orlando attractions.

8. Vacation club sales representatives conveniently placed in lobby and outside of ground floor elevator are annoying and at times unprofessional.
