1. I had to wait another 10 minutes after that to get my correct dish, and nothing was comped off the bill to boot (like other places would've done.

3. I wasnt really acknowledged much on the property and waited a little too long to be helped when taking care of a billing issue upon check out.

9. You can eat at any restaurant on the JW Marriott side or the Ritz side and bill it to your room, same with the spa and pools.
