4. The catering manager personally greeted us upon our return from a dinner and made sure we had everything we needed, including a waitress who was very attentive to us even though she was also taking care of other guests in the lounge.

6. When we wanted to have a nice meal the bar manager suggested we go to Primo he said that even though he worked at the hotel that it was his favorite restaurant (instantly we were skeptical) but he could not have been more right.
