1. Tiki bar by the pool has really good drinks (brian freeze which is like a mud slide is excellent) Only downside is parking late night can be a bit of a problem but valet is really nice and lets you park in the valet section for free.

2. There was plenty of parking available and was free (so surprised at the previous poster's experience) - in fact the guy at check-in even told us if we had any difficulty finding a spot, his valet team would be happy to help us for free since there was an event going on at the hotel.

5. a few weeks before our trip i emailed a special request for a fridge to the hotel manager (as the standard room doesn't come with one) he e-mailed be back almost straight away saying he would arrange it and when we arrived not only had we a fridge we were also upgraded to an executive room with a fridge/microwave!the staff at reception were very polite and friendly at check in as were all the staff we encountered during our stay particularly the valet called Randy who more than once went out of his way to help us out.

8. Thanks to Bellman - Doug and Tommy for the great tips on where we could get good food in the area; Vivian and Javier at the Executive Lounge for excellent service; Jim in Valet who called our taxis for us; and to Scott, the General Manager who does a great job of running the entire Hotel.
