1. They did recognize my Priority Club membership, and although I didn't receive an upgrade from my suite, some discount breakfast vouchers would have been nice.

10. There is a Universal ticket desk inside the lobby where you can buy tickets and excursions, the bellman also has contacts (& discounts) for hiring cars / day trip tours etc).
