1. The only negative was the parking the hotel seemed at full capacity and there was no parking I had to park on the curb off the exit of the hotel.

2. Only a 5 minute drive - we ended up taking a cab there, which was about $8 each way - as opposed to parking at Universal for $16.

4. I stay at a different hotel every week - this place is in a good spot for business maybe - but really has no frills or Disney feel - We asked for tickets to park in evening and they said they only have them inthe morning - then we asked for a shuttle bus to park and we had to pay for a limo - Not exactly a good place for a family - My advice is to stay at one of the other hotels that give you the personnel touch you deserve.

5. Highly recommend this hotel, the food was terrific (both breakfast & bar food), pool was a treat, shuttles to parks very handy & the staff were so helpful & friendly.

8. The only thing that I didn't really care for is parking is at a premium and it seems that no one leaves so if you come back at 8 pm you have to park all the way in the back of the hotel.

10. ($15 to park at Universal was well worth the peace of mind knowing that you could return to the hotel at any time and without using the taxi service.
