7. At the end of the day they are FREE, most hotels now charge for shuttle services to the parks, and a lot only provide shuttles to some of the parks, so to have shuttles to both Disney and Universal for nothing, you cant complain.

10. I had to take my laptop to do timesheets for work and could not get online so the lady in the lounge called down and had them waive the paid internet charge so I could get online.
