9. a few weeks before our trip i emailed a special request for a fridge to the hotel manager (as the standard room doesn't come with one) he e-mailed be back almost straight away saying he would arrange it and when we arrived not only had we a fridge we were also upgraded to an executive room with a fridge/microwave!the staff at reception were very polite and friendly at check in as were all the staff we encountered during our stay particularly the valet called Randy who more than once went out of his way to help us out.
