3. On our first night the hotel parking lot was full, so we had to park a block away around the corner, that sort of sucked, but by the next night we were able to park in the lot.

4. A drawback was that the hotel's own lot is too small to accomodate all guests, so we had to park in a commercial garage a block away and have a ticket validated whenever we wanted to leave.
