4. This place has it all and having just returned during the week prior to Mardi Gras, it could not be in a better location - all the parades went past and the location is prime for visiting the Garden District.

5. The Garden District is a great location with kids, away from the noisy and often misbehaving crowd at night of Bourbon Street, and being at a 20 minutes ride only from the French Quarter, using the historic and convenient Streetcar stopping in front of the hotel.
