4. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there is a great restaurant next door to the hotel (Superior Grill) which does great Mexican Food and Mohitos.

5. Be aware that there is no swimming pool or room service at this hotel but easy to use and fast free internet, and there is a restaurant/bar next door that has good food and drink.

8. The streetcar runs right by the hotel for a trip to the French Quarter and the parking lot a short distance away is free for hotel guests (a real plus in New Orleans), The continental breakfast was not spectacular but a good variety of foods was served for four hours each morning.
