1. We got parking free - thank GOODNESS, through the third party site we booked through.

2. However, we had free parking through the site we booked the hotel with and though there was no space available we were flippantly told there was nothing they could do (comps, money off bill, etc).

8. I was told that my vehicle was 'lost', meaning that they had moved it from its original parking lot to another but didnt change the paperwork.

9. The last item I will metion is that valet takes your car to an unlocked parking lot in the central bussiness district.

10. The only reason I know this is because I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to retrieve my car in which i requested them to just bring me to the parking lot.
