8. It took about 45 minutes to have my car valeted, and you couldn't just leave your car because there was a sign in the hotel lobby warning that the police would tow unattended cars.

10. After about 10 minutes of waiting, she went ahead and got us all checked in and said that she would take care of everything when the confirmation got faxed, but because it was late she didnt want us to have to just stand around the lobby and wait.
