1. At minimum, this staff needs to be completely retrained on how to handle high volume, if they plan on remaining in that neighborhood.

3. I stayed here Superbowl weekend, and quickly discovered that the management and staff's horrendous attitudes and poor decisions were not only lazy, but potentially harmful to the crowds of people gathered for parades in the neighborhood.
