1. I don't know why past reviews differ but everyone i encountered from housekeeping to front desk and the manager, they were all fabulous.

9. From the reservation agent who likes to hang up on guests trying to make reservations to the general manager who can't seem to return any of the numerous messages I left, no one at this hotel has any idea of what customer service is.
