5. However, we had free parking through the site we booked the hotel with and though there was no space available we were flippantly told there was nothing they could do (comps, money off bill, etc).

8. Well when we check out we get the sassy girl who checked us in and she refused to refund me my money for parking and said I needed a manager to do so, not to mention she has NO people skills.
