10. Excellent:- comfortable bed- selection & quality of toiletries - even cotton swabs and emery board- staff!- TV- huge closet, folding luggage rack- HUGE towels, ample amount in all sizes- magazine & tourist book in room- coffee maker in room- concierge is TOP NOTCH.
