Location I would say is excellent - 5 mim walk to many great restaurants and bars yet still in the business districtCheckin - friendly and efficient, gave me club access even though Hilton haven't reinstated my status after a mix upRoom - I like the rooms here, have stayed many times and chosse to whenever in NOLARestaurant - Luke attached is a really good restaurant way above the normal standard for a hotel restaurant - the pate is excellent as is the sausage mixturePool - didn't visit this time but it is very nice even though in the basementNot sure why the haven't made something on the deck on the 18th floor - maybe hottub or something.

3. Only real complaint is that the bar is also part of the restaurant and they were unwilling to serve just drinks when they could be serving meals - plenty of bars in the French Quarter tho.

5. I would have liked free wireless in the lobby and restaurant and I missed a lobby bar where friends or co-workers could gather at the end of the day.

6. Stopped in a few bars along the way :) Compared to some of the prices the other hotels in the area charge, I thought the Hilton provided a great value and I would definitely consider staying there again on future visits.

8. There was only tepid water when I wanted to use the bath, they shut the residents bar before 12, there is no laundry service over the weekend, the breakfast is very poor, staff are for the most part pretty disinterested.
