1. Maybe if this hotel charged $50-60/night one could understand the indifference, incompetence, sub-par rooms/baths, dirty, dirty bedspreads (I had to remove mine entirely and cover the blanket with 2 clean sheets - I was terrified of what/who had been on top of the thing).

2. We DID find a couple of cigarette burns on the comforters or sheets, but like I said, it's not the Ritz, and we did not expect it to be.

3. What I got was a tiny room with a plaster ceiling that was crumbling and falling down in one corner; furniture dated about 1970 and bolted to the wall (guess so it didn't fall over or get stolen?); worn and dirty industrial teal carpeting; thin sheets and uncomfortable mattress also cir.
