1. Front desk cleark with glasses needs an attitude adjustment or a new career, no people skills and was rude to me the first morning because I went and told them they were out of juice, really.

3. My suggestion would be that if after checking in you have a problem with your room, its always best to contact the front desk for assistance.

4. Pierre will be my home away from home!the housekeepers were so very sweet and nice, the morning front desk clerk (Troy) was a very amusing guy, and the bellman (Anthony) made feel like i had been knowing him for years.
