1. Only real complaint (although that sounds too harsh) was the bathroom in our room only had a big tub, no shower.

6. There were no washcloths in the bathroom, and the bathroom, while nicely outfitted with a jacuzzi tub, didn't have a proper stand-up shower -- you had to sit in the tub and spray yourself with the hose attachment.
