1. It appeared safe enough for New Orleans (although some ladies I met at the hotel told me their family's car was broken into while parked for the week at the hotel's secured parking lot.

8. It would be less deirable for those who do not enjoy walking as you would have to take a cab or pay for parking if you bring a car - (And find parking as well).
