1. The front desk was terrific during our visit, handling questions, directions, extra needs, etc. The breakfast was wonderful, good food, plenty of seating room, got the days off to a great start.

9. In additon the coffee and tea are on 24/7 and the staff also had cookies and iced water at the front desk every day - a really nice touch1 The hot items were also better than at other Hamptons I have been in .

After speaking with hotel desk personnel and telling her about $59-$79 reduced-rate flyer card I'd been given at New Orleans Welcome Center, Charlene (I think that was her name), who was extremely nice and friendly and stated she works front desk, told me, yes, she could and would honor the card, but I'd need to present it at same-day check-in.
