3. This business hotel not only has the standard free breakfast but has a bar that comes with a few 2/1 drink tickets on check-in, free internet, free business center and printing.

5. Upon check-in, we had to initial on the contract that we would comply with their no-smoking rules, which I appreciated, being allergic to smoke.

9. Upon arriving, there was one person working check-in/service desk and I witnessed him being rude, curt/short, and dismissive with three different guests--1 wanted to know whereabouts of 'the cookies', another asked about food that was supposed to be out, a third had room-key issues.

10. After speaking with hotel desk personnel and telling her about $59-$79 reduced-rate flyer card I'd been given at New Orleans Welcome Center, Charlene (I think that was her name), who was extremely nice and friendly and stated she works front desk, told me, yes, she could and would honor the card, but I'd need to present it at same-day check-in.
