8. I figured the sheets can be the way we would want them to be and there is no need for them to change the towels, (They even have a few laminated pages that state, 'Conserve') and when I did need the linen on the bed to be change, they ended up changing the bathroom towels as well.

10. There were only two bath towels and when we asked the maid for two more she said they were all in the laundry although she was doing up the rooms.
