2. There were only two bath towels and when we asked the maid for two more she said they were all in the laundry although she was doing up the rooms.

3. The room layout was great but it wasn`t too clean (hair in the bathroom, a crumpled note and food crumbs on the floor next to the bed, some mold in the bath grout, a previous guest`s food in the refrigerator).
