2. I used to be in the lodging industry and know that people don't understand how an unarranged late checkout or a sneaked pet or smoke can gum things up in preparing for the next guest.

3. Even though checkout is at noon and the housekeepers likely don't kick into full gear until after that and prior to 3 PM checkin.

4. Room has a microwave and nice size fridge and freezer and a counter with a small sink (little room for kettle etc)We didn`t use the safe yet got charged $2.19 per night (we were here 7 nights) The clerk on checkout said he didn`t think he could refund the safe charges.
