1. I did book a non-refundable booking through priceline and I understood that but circumstances happen, accidents happen, things happen.

2. Room has a microwave and nice size fridge and freezer and a counter with a small sink (little room for kettle etc)We didn`t use the safe yet got charged $2.19 per night (we were here 7 nights) The clerk on checkout said he didn`t think he could refund the safe charges.

4. I didn`t want to be delayed while he tried to figure it out so I walked out the door, but this property just made about $15.00 pure profit by charging me for something I did not use and then telling me that he didn`t really think he could figure out how to do the refund.

6. Needless to say my kids were very disappointed so I asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay so I could go elsewhere since I was wrongly informed by their staff.
