1. They normally charge for printing but make an exception for printing airline check-ins.

2. I had problems connecting to the internet with my laptop but the staff member at the desk told me our 5th floor room is hard-wired for internet use and loaned me a 10-foot ethernet cable, free of charge (of course).

3. From large sized and perfect cleanliness of the room, to staff friendliness including use of the computer to download boarding passes at no charge, to providing extra amenities such as shaving cream and shaver at no charge , the hotel was perfect.
