1. Comfortable, well located to highways and typically good Marriott service, I received all that was expected; great facilities, mini-restaurant/lounge service, pool, etc.Clean, well maintained, easy parking and close to the airport, I will stay here again on future visits.

4. There are much better deals in the area, with better creature comforts, and who wouldn't have to try very hard to surpass the customer service standards set here.

The service was excellent from start to finish:- complimentary pickup from airport (guy called Art) you just need to call from the freephones beside baggage collection- check in desk clerk (Ashley) - was so friendly and polite and when she discovered I was meeting up with friends, made sure our rooms were close together- breakfast service (ours was included in price) was unobtrusive but thoroughI arrived a few hours before my friends and Ashley organised for Art and his complimentary bus to take me to a local restaurant for dinner (there is no restaurant onsite) - which I thought was so kind and helpful when she could have just told me to order a takeaway.

6. This hotel was absolutely fine as far as cleanliness and presentation, we had a perfectly good night's sleep, but if you want decent, polite service - for example, if you are choosing this hotel for your wedding guests, as my friend did - then you can do better elsewhere.

8. Found out the Marriott shuttle has drop off and pick up service to the area restaurants.

9. There is a fairly close (20 minute walk) Holiday Inn and full-service Marriott for food & bar, but that's it.

10. Some of the other airport hotels don't start their shuttle service until 6:00am.
