1. A very nice Courtyard, perhaps 10 years old or so, although it is billed as 'airport' it is about a 15 minute drive.

3. It wasn't actually billed to our card unless we used it (although that amount was not available for use on our card, so if you're planning to use your credit card, be sure to subtract $20 daily that will be tied up by the hotel, which they will fail to tell you ahead of time.
