1. My travel agent had booked us at another airport hotel but I switched to the Courtyard after a little research on Tripadvisor & seeing a discounted holiday rate that was almost $50 less.

2. They were working on repairing the problem, were very apologetic and made a gesture (discounted room rate on an already low rate) to make up for the inconvenience.
