1. The rooms have not been decorated for quite a while, but given the room rates, and good housekeeping, it's not an issue.

10. I had neglected to put the do not disturb sign, but I'm accustomed to housekeeping waiting till at least check out time to start knocking on doors, or having a list of people who have already checked out and working on those rooms first.
