3. I had neglected to put the do not disturb sign, but I'm accustomed to housekeeping waiting till at least check out time to start knocking on doors, or having a list of people who have already checked out and working on those rooms first.

4. The clerk during check out pointed out the area of the elevator stating it was close to our room unfortunately our room was completely on the other side of the hotel.

5. While we were at the desk during check out another convention attendee came up to me and stated that in some of the rooms the mold was so bad the persons had to be relocated.
