1. Though the management attempted to deal with this right away, it was still a horrifying event -- after midnight, I'm reading in bed, when a small but fast-moving little friend comes racing out of a pillow right next to my head.

6. I was assigned room 477, which was well-equipped with lots of towels, a big comfortable bed with 6 pillows of both foam and feathers, iron & ironing board, & a great bi-level desk with good lighting and computer outlets.
