2. -when i finally got to the hotel and wanted to return rental car since the rental counter was closed inside the hotel, and was told by hotel front desk to take the car in the back, well there are 3 marrriott hotel parking lots so a large complex and the rental car return location was not marked clearly in the dark so kept driving around-- front desk could have been more helpful.
