1. To make matters worse they messed up on our friends bill and over charged them by $40 then we had to deal with faxing credit card authorizations and refunds here charges there.

3. The good: huge fitness facilities, a few options for dining, and universal billing (use the market in the Courtyard and charge it to your room at the Marriott).

7. My relative and I wanted to split the bill between us so we asked the front desk and they indicated it wouldn't be a problem and rung it up right there.

8. We took the full breakfast buffet at the Marriott, and were pleasantly surprised to find a 'construction' discount of 20% on the bill.

9. The good: the light was bright in the room and I could actually see to read - a rarity these days; the 3G reception was good, so I did not need the wi-fi; the breakfast room/lounge had sandwiches so one does not actually have to eat at the high-priced and low-quality Marriott restaurant next door; the shuttle from the airport is frequent and fast; the airplanes generally don't fly at night, so the noise will not interrupt your sleep; they managed to correct the billing within the two weeks before we got home.
