3. They weren't welcoming, they were professional but in a very pretencious way and I was a front desk manager at a Doubletree in Colorado for several years so I know the job that they are supposed to be doing.

4. We had to take a taxi to the Hotel, very close to the airport by the way (it was only $10) and I asked to the deck manager about the shuttle, she told me that she doesn't know but she apologies offering me some food for free (Good customer service.

5. Sharon was the manager on duty and let us hang out in the lounge, gave us control of the tv and checked on us regularly for drinks.
