1. There are a couple of gas stations with convenience stores attached and typical fast food within walking distance, but it is on a very BUSY road, you have to cross four lanes to get to the other side.

4. As with most hotels, the restaurant is expensive but if you turn left out of the hotel, go past the petrol station and walk a couple of hundred yards you find Shorties with ice cold beer at 1$ a glass during happy hour and good, filling and cheap food for a small price.
