3. In fact, as I made my way to my room I noticed a member of the housekeeping staff distributing ice from a cart.

4. The only negative side, if any, was that check-out time was 12:00pm but housekeeping wanted to come in our room around 9:30am ;We forgot to put the Please come back later sign out.
