1. The check-in clerk did something wrong with my credit card (I never did understand what the problem was, because the check-out clerk explained the problem to me in Spanglish) and this delayed my departure -- with no apology.

3. The only negative side, if any, was that check-out time was 12:00pm but housekeeping wanted to come in our room around 9:30am ;We forgot to put the Please come back later sign out.
